      Question....

      Someone i know said that lucid dreams are just deep meditation. I don't think they are. Are they ?????????

      They both could be filed under the "Altered States of Consciousness" category, but other than that, I do not see the connection.

      No no no. They are different. Perhaps they are related. I'm sure you could conjure up a lucid dream with meditation, but they are definately different.

      Yep, I agree. Lucid dreaming is quite simply defined as "being aware that you're dreaming." If you've ever been dreaming and suddenly realized that you were dreaming, you've had a LD.
