      Talking Whoops I tripped

      OK, ever been a'thinkin' in bed and then you suddenly fall over and wake with a jolt? Well guess what... That is the start of a WILD. You are "falling" asleep. All you need to do is not wake from that damn fall!!!. Usually you are in sleep paralysis by this time and cant move. If you aren't you will wake. You need to relax and expect the fall. It may hurt a bit but you aren't really getting hurt. You just think you are.

      You can't help waking up, though. It's a complete reflex that happens (when you jerk) before you get into SP, you have no control over it :-\

      Right he did say expect the fall and now that i think about it i think i have had this happen to me before when i had no clue about LD.

      this happened between 1-3 nights ago, i wasn't trying to ld. but i guess in a dream i just totally fell off my bed, and hurt myself, lol, I can't even think of a time that i fell off, because i caught myself.
