Before I start my LD, should I get my DR really really good? Liuke what I'm doing is every week adding to the number of dreams I tell myself to remember (Like autosuggestion or MILD, exept for DR) my dreams. My question is, is two or three dreams remembered per night a good time to start trying LD's? I don't want to miss anything.. And I'm waking up at 4:00- 3:30, because I can remember my dreams, and I tend to have more vivid dreams when I go back to bed- I think... Doesn't you waking up start you Dream Cycle again ?
Anyways, should I try to remember up to 6 or 7 before I try to have an LD, as they get more vivid, or is 3-3 good enough?
Oh, and I'm doing an RC every minute, so that it can cross over too the Dream world.. Pitiful I know..
Oh, and should I set my alarm too wake up after each dream period?And really, anytime is good to start to try to LD
And not rememebring you had (lucid) dreams isn't bad, for you don't rememeber you had them.
6-7 = incredible amount of DR, in my opppinion. You would have to write like 2 hours every morning to record all your dreasm
But really, just start trying to LD!Just set your watch in the middle of the night, and try some WILD, DILD, HILD, whatever you are into at the moment. The exact timing of the alarm... it's different for everyone, try what works best!
