Can u give suggestions on more vivid dream recall

      Hello,

I usually am able to recall 1 or two dreams a night but I realize that I usually remember the last minute or two very vididly right before I wake up and I see fragments from before in the dream and I make sure to write them down. When I try to recall the rest of the dream I have a "tip of the tounge sensation" I am very close to getting the previous step of the dream but I am only close to getting that to surface. I am trying to piece the dream backwards and then laying it out forwards. Do you have suggestions as how to remember your dream more vividly and how to bring the tip of the tongue parts to the surface.

      8) Thank You For the Advice.

Do you try other methods besides not moving from your woken up position and clearing your mind of daily concerns?

That happens ALL THE TIME TO ME, it sucks.

but you can try to, after writing down the dream, try to put yourself back into the dream, when falling asleep, to help you remember what its about

Have you ever tried to step in my shoes?!
Have you ever tried to balance on that beam?!
And if you ever tried to step in my shoes,
They’d never be quite as soft as they seemed.

      I've said this again i think...anyway

The method i use is this:
before you go to sleep, when you are in your bed try and recall all your day backwards starting from that moment. This helped me a lot. I started with lucid dreaming 1 month ago with my recall at zero. Now i recall usually 3 dreams per night or more if i wake up one time during the night. After every dream you recall do MILD and you'll eventually suceed.
There are two ends for a conversation that can benefit the person/s that is/are talking:

      1. understanding that he is wrong about his view.
      2. understanding that he may be wrong about his view.
