Recall often goes up and down, my recall used to be 1-3 dreams a night and now it's mostly fragments-1 and a half dreams so don't feel bad about it. If you're trying mantras and juice there's not much more to help but it will get better soon
Ok... well ever since I first LD'd.. my dream recall has been a big pile of crap. On saturday I hardly remembered a fragment, on sunday night I didn't remember anything but yelling "COME BACK BETSIE!!!!" Same deal on monday. Last night was the worst though: I had a glass of apple juice and a turkey sandwhich, I repeated a mantra to wake up after every REM cycle, I did several relaxation techniques. I remember waking up, but I don't remember remembering dreams. I'm not sure If I was too lazy to write them down or what, but my dream recall sucks. Before my LD, My dream recall was pretty good (2 dreams a night)... Can anyone help me?

Anyways... I just want to be able to have a 2nd lucid dream. For that I need to remember it! My dreams are better than hollywood movies and TV to me, their so much more entertaining, and now that I've lost that, I'm rather sad. I think maybe stress plays a part, so Im going to try to do some relaxing stress relieving things before bed. I'll eat my turkey and drink my juice, say my mantras, and be off to bed.
Id you have a lucid dream you will still likely remember it because your concious mind is turned on you should remember
I wasn't saying that normal dreams arn't good, just that lucid ones are better![]()
