every once in a while i 'll have a dream where i actually feel like i'am in it and usually in the dreams like this, i realize im dreaming. do you think theres a specific sign that makes me actually feel like im dreaming, or do you think it's just random.because i'll have dreams that i can remember, but i felt like i was just watching a random video of me doing it.i can't really remember doing any of it, but i did actually. it's confusing. i guess sometimes i'm just not really "into" my dream enough as i want to. i bet none of this made sense,ha.

When it comes to lucid dreaming, each person is different. For some people, it's just a 'feeling' that something's not quite right. For others, it's something glaringly obvious that makes them realise they are dreaming.

      Me personally, i've had both.

No it did. Are you speaking about a different feeling between waking and dreaming? because this i get alot, and i am trying to get myself to recognize that "dream feeling" perhaps you can too by comparing your dreams to your daily life and imagining yourself back inside them. Anyway it sounds like you watch 3rd person dreams. I rarely have these but i understand how you feel detached
