I had the same problem my recall actualy started to drop because of how lazy I got when It came to writing down my dream. What I do now is a dream journal however I do this: Time: Location: characters: key points: For key points just write down main parts that when you read it later could easily trigger the most important parts of the dream... Also my computers in my room so I sometimes type them as well; Though its really just as vexing as getting up to type it all as it is to write it all.. (its all the same when your tired) so I just seggest raising your diciplin enough to write them down thoughtlessly every time you wake up.![]()
