hi i dint see u type that u tell urself as ur falling asleep to remember ur dreams if u dont do this already it might help
Past few weeks ago, I've been trying very hard to recall dreams, and I'm slowly but surely getting my ability to recall my dream back. Before I joined here, i could recall once or twice in a month now I can at least recall 1 per night but not everyday still. What I want to know is, would there be any way to encourage my dream recall beside writing dream journal regularly?
I do surely take every suggestions that I got from the guide like checking for dreamsigns, I would just like to know because I sometimes fear that recalling ability may suddenly go away again like it happened last time.
Thanks in advance.

Yeah, that's how I do it too. Before I go to sleep I tell my subconscious that I will remember my dreams. And I really have to want to remember them as well...if there's a night that I don't feel like recalling my dreams then I end up having bad dream recall. Sometimes it's all about intention and motivation.

Mind how you fall asleep.. And mind how you wake up...
I know who I am, as I become...
Underenigma, you might try taking Vitamin B to help with dream recall. Below are some threads on Vitamin B, its dosage and when to take it:

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm gonna be buying it tomorrow.

Concentrate and think about dreaming and dreams and dream recall during waking life.

Last night I fell alseep really wanting to remember my dreams, even though I didn't say it out loud or anything. In the morning, I remembered 9 dreams! That's my record! So I think sometimes wanting it is more important than saying it outloud.

I agree with the the idea of using autosuggestion. Basically that means telling yourself you'll remember your dreams. Then doing this a TON! During the day, as you fall asleep, and so on.
