Yes, it's a good sign that you're making progress. Try writing down these little tidbits in your dream journal to get into the habit of remembering and recording your dreams.
I've been trying to remember my dreams for several weeks now after having several years of literally no dream recall. I can't remember what happended in the dreams but merely the locations and objects/people in the dreams. Is this a good sign?
Don't worry, I have no idea either.

I think I might just be making progress after all.![]()
I managed to record two dreams lastnight and even what I was doing and not just the locations. ^^

Progress! Keep at it! I also find that sometimes it helps to read a dream or two before going to bed, as it puts me in the right mind and helps to affirm my intention of recalling them in the morning.Originally posted by Hijinks

How about less dream recall after you start? I mean this was only the first night so I will just wait and see, but normally I can remember my dreams very well, then the first night I start I get just fragments... Many more dreams though, 5 instead of 2 normally!
