yes nightowl, most definately. Set your alarm for 4:00, then set it for another hour after you ake up, this will almost gaurantee better dream recall, as longer REM periods occur after the majority of your sleep period has elapsed. Using a dream journal seems the only real way to ensure dream recall, unless you have a super amazing memory, cause usually the day to day details of your waking life will cause you to forget what you dreamed last nite 'less you write it down shortly after.
