      Help with recall?

Well, I can always remember at least one dream a night. I always have been able to, and I hope I always will.

Anyway, my point is, I can never remember more. How do you guys do it? Do you wake up often during the night? I could use some tips to be able to remember 2+ dreams a night, because I feel that I could become lucid if I had more chances to do it. Thanks!

Try drinking a lot of water so it will force you to wake up during the night. Thats what i did and i remembered 3 dreams last night.

I wake up naturally during the night a lot, so I jot down notes about my dreams before going back to bed. It does help. Drinking water is a good way to WBTB naturally, and some people set alarms. Whether or not you want to do that depends on how long it takes to get back to sleep.

Do you keep a dream journal now? Do your thoughts go to your dreams the moment you wake, or do you start thinking about the day ahead?

I do keep a DJ, and I usually remember my dreams the moment I wake up. Like I said, and I usually remember one dream a night. I will try waking up maybe once or twice during the night, since I can usually get back to sleep pretty quickly. Thanks.

I know that i have a dream every single night, everyone does. But I have not been able to remember any dream lately.
The last one i remember was from the end of August from last summer. Is there any way i could remember them?
or why do not i remember my dreams? Reply me.

One of the problems I've been having with recall lately, is everytime I wake up, I'm being woken up by something that makes me have to leave my bed quickly, with no chance to just lie there and recall the dream as I'm waking up. As far as I've been reading, there isn't much I can do to try to remember the dream once I've left my bed to answer a phone and what not.

I've tried going through my list of dream signs, thinking, "Okay was there a person? My BF? Parents? Siblings? Locations?" etc. but nothing ever brings it back. Anything else I could possibly do?

      eternalstar01,
I got told that if you go back into the position you were in before ypu woke up and try to sleep, your body thinks it's going back to sleep and it turns on your dreming senses. Then try remembering your dream
      (I haven't tried this yet)

Sometimes I just randomly remember old dreams that I haven't ever thought of or remembered before. Many times when I'm trying to remember dreams I had just had in the night, other old dreams I'd had weeks, even months ago pop into my head. Another way I sometimes get old dreams to come to my mind is to try to remember to the best of my ability every detail of recent dreams you've had. Do it at night as you fall asleep and keep your DJ right beside you to write down notes. It seems like in these conditions you can recall really old dreams pretty well. If I try really hard, I can sometimes just randomly start remember and old dream I never knew I'd had before from several months ago.

Something I do that helps a little bit is ask yourself where you just came from. Don't think about your dream like it was a thought (because we all know the harder you try to remember a thought the less likely you are to remember it), instead try to remember your dream like it was a place you just came from. Ask yourself, "Where was I? What was I JUST doing?".
