You could tell yourself before sleeping that you'll wake up after every dream. Or drink a lot of water before you go to bed.
I have trouble recalling my dreams because I can't seem to wake up in the middle of the night! I use my watch alarm, but maybe it isn't loud enough. Any help is appreiciated, is there a technique besides the alarm clock that wakes you up? Thanks is advance.

Also, if you have a chance to sleep in, you'll find that you'll recall more dreams late in the morning after you wake up. Be sure to write anything and everything down in your DJ - even if it seems inconsequential. You're mind will get into the habit of better recall.

hey, if you do drink a lot of water before you go to sleep remember that performing RCs whenever you go to the bathroom could help you catch any false awakenings that may occur due to needing the toilet in your dreams.
