How do you remember you dreams?

How do you manage to remember them so that you can add them in here?
Do you all have a notebook or something, and write them down once you wake up???
I would like to start my own journal but i always seem to forget some of my dreams.

When I wake up, I don't move. I lay there in the same spot, same position with my eyes opened, relaying the images in my head. Once i've gone through the dream, I get up and write it down.

I keep a dream log on my computer. The first thing I do each morning is make coffee and start the laptop. Then I do my blog, and only then hit the dream journal. If I'm doing WBTB to try WILDing, I'll do the dream logging during my waking time. (Since I decided to join this community, I've transferred part of that dream journal here and keep it up whenever I make an entry into my local journal.)

I often do not remember my dreams right when I wake, contrary to popular wisdom. I may remember a couple fragments, but it usually takes sitting down and relaxing in order to recover the details. If I wake up in the night with dream recall, I try to grab a unique detail or two to remind me to try recovering those memories... like last night, there was a bizarre mole-like dog and a strange manufacturing process.

I've always had good dream recall though, so it hasn't taken a lot of effort for me. Everybody's different. The dream log by the bedside seems to produce very good results for most people.

You asked how do I do that, I do not know. Its just something Ive always done. My Dreams have been important to me my whole life and i treat the memories as important as real life. I guess thats why i recall them well. I talk abotu my dreams durring the day so that helps too I suppose.

I am natuarally able to remember my dreams. I am currently in an expirment, so I have made a separate dream journal that I update every morning when I go to dreamviews.

I can naturally remember two-three dreams per night. What I do is I wake up thinking of nothing but the dream, then I take a shower while remembering the dreams, then when I get out, I get ready for school and right down my dreams when I've thought them all through enough to have a pretty good idea of what went on.
