congratulations on improving your dream recall! I'm trying to improve mine, i remember something most nights, but can never get the motivation to write it down, if i could, i know i'd do better.
So today is about my 4th day trying to get back into Lucid Dreaming. My dream entries in my journal have been a little confusing and sloppy due to my lack of recall and problem with getting proper lighting to write.
Since I started trying to lucid dream again, I have been waking up in the middle of the night on my own and recalling some dreams. Today I woke up and as soon as I woke up, I almost did not move and layed there a couple minutes thinking about my dream. I was able to write a whole page down on my dream. My recall is getting better but I found that when I wake up in the middle of night and try to lucid dream again, I can not do it and just go back to bed or wake up for good. I found that using my Ipod light works for me the best.

'all of the moments that already passed/
try to go back and make them last.'
I attatched one of these to my dream journal. I make sure its the first light I turn on in the morning and the last one I turn off before bed (obviously I don't leave it on all day, but I think forming the habit will be helpful in reminding me to record the date before bed and the dreams in the morning).

I'm in exactly the same position, except that my recall isn't really getting that much better - I'm remembering about 1 dream per 2 days, which is pretty bad compared to the 3-5 per night that I had once![]()
Yay for the recall. Yeah, i think its important not to get sloppy with recall, i find i also forget to write stuff down, or i write it sloppilly or hours later, but it sounds like your getting back on the right track now which really is very good.
Good luck and keep it up
