Hey Alextreme, welcome to Dream Views.
First of all, if you haven't already, you should keep a dream journal. This will probably be one of the most important moves you make towards having a lucid dream. The purpose of this is because the memories you have of your dreams fade very quickly after waking, especially if you wake multiple times per night, and you can look back and memories will be triggered, and after some time doing this, you'll find that you remember many dreams per night.
Second, it would be smart to pick out a reality check and make it become habit to check the reality of your surroundings while you wake. My favorite being the finger-through-palm test (just try to push your finger through the palm of the other hand). You can also plug your nose with your fingers and try to breath. If your in a dream, your finger will go through your hand and you will still be able to breath. With the exception of other advanced lucid dreaming techniques, this will be your key to having a lucid dream. Technically, it's called a DILD (Dream Induced Lucid Dream, because you are already in a dream when you become lucid).
I hope this helps, there are many tutorials that you can read and many very nice people here that you can ask if you have any questions![]()
