Thread: Interesting Work with MILD........

Hello everyone...

For the past few days, i have been constantly reading about Lucid Dreaming and everything else...pretty much over flowing my brain with information...I honestly believed i was trying to hard to have a Lucid Dream..So last night, i popped on my headphones while at DV chat and i listened to some relaxing mp3's to clear my mind..It helped alot..Before i went to bed i read up on MILD..And decided to give it a shot..I had my alarm set until 6:30am this morning...


Anyways..The basic drift of it all is..I followed MILD's steps--not sure if i followed them correctly all the way, but for the most part--and i ended up remembering all 6 dreams I had in one night [Last night Friday]...I had 2 dreams..and i woke up after the 2 dreams, only remembering one..but while writing about my First dream in my Dream Journal i told myself--"I swear I had a dream about me and my best friend" and after a while of thinking clearly and hard about it--it popped into my head--so i wrote it down--i ended up falling back to sleep and having 4 more dreams that night...I must say even though I did not have any Lucid Dream's, i'am very happy that I had 6 dreams...and now i have a good start on my D.J..Just a few nights ago--wanting to LD so bad--i would barely have any dreams--but now, since I relaxed and calmed myself---6 dreams in one night--beating my old record of 5...so im getting better at Dream Recall!

So that is pretty much it..no LD, but 6 dreams...I'm glad that it worked out this way..So whats the most dreams you all had in one night??
