      My best RC

I had two lucid dreams tonight, one of them was my longest ever and I have my own RC. I simply say to myself, am I dreaming? The thought of saying it does me nothing, but actually speaking the words does so much! Then followed by a nose breathing RC. I breathed with a closed nose today, though ;D

Saying things out loud in dreams tends to be helpful, such as shouting "clarity now" during a dream to increase vividness. Something about actually hearing yourself say something...

Congratulations on not one, but two lucid dreams!

CDR, since I WILD to become lucid.. I really don't do reality checks to get lucid tho I sometimes RC to confirm that I'm lucid. I'm glad you found one that works for you!

Congratulations on your longest lucid dream yet!
