Do you keep a dream journal? If not, do. If you can't, at least make an effort do remember your dreams when you wake up.

Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night, unbroken, if it can be helped. In your case, I recommend a solid 8.
Repeat a mantra to yourself. "I WILL remember my dreams" is great. Believe it will help you.

What the posters above me said, pretty much sums it up. As soon as you wake up from a good period of sleep, think of small details. Go through a list of random things. Try and think of anything that can possibly help you remember anything from your dreams.

For example. I wake up from eight hours of sleep. I focus on trying to remember anything from my dreams. I start naming a list of random things. House, road, dog, fish, building, brother, television.

Road. I was walking down a road last night in my dream.

I do this lots of times. Usually, the small details lead to bigger details. And those details, to more. I would suggest writing down a list of random nouns, or adjectives. Keep this list constantly growing, and each morning, read the list, and deeply think about each one.

You may just be in a dream recall dry spell, which are known to happen from time to time. Just keep trying, and it'll pass hopefully quite soon. Also, try to remember to take in a lot of detail in your lucids, if possible. During the day, say "I will focus on specific details in my lucid dreams," etc. This may also help, but I'm not sure...

Something I like to do, on a weekend morning wakeup early, you might rememebr a dream from the night before, and if you don't you can always go back to sleep for a couple hours.
that's usually when I have my longest dreams.
    good times
