That's a great idea!Great job finding a technique that helps your recall - I'm sure many other people could also benefit from trying this as well.
I am not sure if anyone has ever mentioned this before, so here goes...
A couple months ago, I decided to make a tally in my dream journal of all the people I had ever dreamed of. I did this by using all of my previous entries, and I ended up writing down about 50 people. (These are all people in real life)
I have started using this list a lot recently because it really helps my dream recall. After I have written everything down I can remember, I look over all the names of the people on my list. Then when my name comes across a certain person I will suddenly remember that they were in my dream, and the whole part of the dream they were in will come rushing into my head just like that.
I figured that this might be able to help some people. Of course it won't work as well if you don't often dream of people in real life...but then again you can also add your fictional dream characters to the list as well. If you are having problems with dream recall, this could really help you, because it's helping me.
Good luck!![]()

I just made a thing like that.. it's a while after reading this but it's still good.
Except I included more things, such as video games or TV shows, as people don't usually trigger remember dreams.
I wrote it this morning so I haven't had time to use it. Hopefully it'll help me in the morning![]()
Thats a great idea! I think I should remember to include the names of people I meet in dreams more.![]()
Don't worry, I have no idea either.
Hey, that is a great Idea, I never actually put two and two together like that but what happens sometimes when I am writing down my dreams someones name will just pop up and i'll think about them and then remember they where in my dream
I am going to try out that now
