      Recall drops off quickly

If I don't write down what I dreamed about in the morning, it kind of drops off extremely quickly in the next few days. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

(you will have an LD tonight)

I like to think that one can simply substitute a legitimate dream journaling with intensive daily pondering of the previous sleep's adventures.

I would say, do both. I'll tell you, min, it helps a lot.

While I could barely remember any dreams I had last night upon waking, I can still remember (clearly) my dreams from two nights ago. And this is because I was pondering them all day.
