I've had good recall until this week. I guess its exhaustion and stree but god is this annoying.

sleep longer that almost always fixes the problem for me, I'm garenteed great recall if I sleep 9 hours, even 8 works.

I am notorious for bad dream recall but I developed it so I could remember up to 3 dreams per night almost nightly. Then I got out of the habit of writing in my dream journal and now I'm having to re-learn my habits all over again. I haven't remembered a dream in quite a few nights now..

Thats pretty much my current situation, except I normally have great recall.

Whenever my recall would start to suck Id take a day or two of trying to recall[No autosuggestion] and it would come back on its own.

I've been in a rut for a while too. It's the weekend now and I have more time to sleep, so hopefully it'll come back to me.

I also normally have great recall (4-5 a night) but the night before last I had no recall and last night I remembered one dream.
