Edit: wait, I thought I put this in General Discussion? Did it get moved? Could someone put it there please?! Sorry!

I am having difficulty remembering dreams. Sometimes I can remember a certain colour I saw, this being at the best. Sometimes, but rarely, I can remember a certain thing that happened.
In the past two weeks I could only remember; me riding a tricycle down the street my dad lives on, and that his yard was a motocross track.
And the other was me in some sort of camp. I remember walking in a line, most likely in a cafeteria. I remember blue walls. Thats all.
Is this normal? Is their anything I can do to remember my dreams a little, or a lot better?

Do you write your dreams down? I find the more I write down, the more I begin to remember. Also, I can't move much after I wake up from a dream, or I'll forget it faster than a stoplight. But that's just me.

Well, the problem is, I can't really remember anything to write down! I can only remember feint, un-important details. But I guess if I keep writing those down, then I will slowly, but gradually start remembering more.
Your question/problem has to do with remembering dreams, thus I put it in the Dreamsigns and Recall section.
Try reading back on old dream journal recordings, and remember to write down as much as you can, every detail possible. As you wake up, wait in bed for a while, and just focus on remembering any fragment of a dream you might have had.
