If you can only remember the last dream you had before waking up the logical course of action would be havin multiple last dreams before waking up. You can do that by 1) drinking a lot of water before going to bed 2) Telling yourself that you will wake up after every dream 3) setting your alarm clock. When you wake up during the night write down a few notes and go back to sleep again (or do WBTB). In the morning you can remember all the dreams by looking at the notes.Originally posted by cheezy102
Hi. I'm fairly new to lucid dreaming and am currently trying to boost my dream recall. I can remember 1 dream per night but that's it. I'll only remember the dream I was having when I wake up. Are there any techniques for remembering dreams you had before the last one?
