yeah I do that all the time but I don't get the headaches, I wonder what your problem is??
Hello.
Here's a tip that works great for me atleast. Beware there are a downside to it.
On weekends or whenever you have the chance to sleep as long as you like, once you wake up - try to simply force yourself to sleep longer. Often this works for me as I have multiple dreams (rare occasions a dream that continue) between time I wake up. Good for recall practice or LD practice, few times I succeed in LD here...
Example : I wake up, sleep for a few minutes just and dream something. I wake up again, can recall the dream very good. Sleep again, wake up and repeat. Often this leads to 3-4 dreams which I can recall fine.
Here's the downside, once I actually get out of bed I often have a bad headache after theese times![]()

in your wildest dreams you couldn't picture a bogan like me, haha
I ALWAYS get the headaches when I oversleep - and sometimes they are full-blown migraines that will take me out of commission for a day or two.
If I get up, have a cup of coffee and stay awake for an hour or so and THEN go back to sleep, the headaches don't happen!
I have no idea why.
