den i think for sum ppl it's so natural dat wut ever i'm sayin is bs...

what your saying makes sense, but i cant explain it fully.
ask Serinanth, he knows alot about seritonin and for that matter he can probly explain your question

The sun reluctantly rises on a red blanket of loosely figured clouds,
I raise my head to see, and you are standing there over my body.
I was still bleeding and you did not even care to hold the wound.
Best friends, we know that’s a bunch of bullshit.-me[/b]

I dont think LDing uses up more serotonin then regular dreaming..and you have to dream extremely much to use up so much serotonin its bad for you..when you get tricked out of lucidity this is usually because of your own stupidity(im not talking about you..im talking in general), not due to a lack of serotonin, im not 100% sure of course.., i dream like crazy and I dont get depressd or anything, and I hardly ever get tricked out of lucidity

I've been tricked out a few times. But lately, I'm not quite a gullible. I think you will be OK. And I agree with Lucius, seritonin is probably not to blame.

Yeah, Lucius and Seeker, you hit it right on.
