I have a few tricks for remembering:
1. Sometimes when I lie in the same position I was in while having a dream the dream will come back to me. It's hard to know since you were sleeping, but get in bed and try moving around, spending a little time in each position and see if it comes back.
2. There is a mudra in Yoga for remembering. Find an image/description at the following link:
http://healing.about.com/od/east/ig/...ery/Hakini.htm. You should the tip of your tongue at the roof of your mouth just behind your teeth, breath easily and let the answer come to you. If you keep asking it will take longer, so just ask once and wait.
3. Try to recreate the dream as much as possible. Recreate what you can in real life if possible, the visual stimulus might trigger your memory.
