      does anyone one else but me use dream titles to help recall or stick to a dream?? for example, if you wake up you think of a dream title for your dream before writing it down so you can get back to sleep and come back to that title and say "oh yeah! I remember that dream" in fact today I just wrote down a title for my dream but didn't write the dream out, so when I go back to my DJ i'll be able to write down my dream based on my title.
