Cool. The first technique to Lucid Dreaming that I ever heard about was to deprive your self of as much sleep you could possible bare. Then before your going to go to sleep listen to relaxing music, and eat 10 bananas. Kind of a ...........well, a crude method. LOL.
I never used to have dreams(so I thought) Then I began really trying to think about what dreams I had during the night right when I wake up. Now I can remember 2-4 dreams ever morning, by just thinking about it for like 10 minutes in the morning. Its really cool to remember most of your dreams.
Dr. Pepper is much more reactive with mentos. Try drinking a bottle of Dr. Pepper and swollowing 3 mentos, then holding your breath. Its really uhhhhhhh, how do I say it. Painful, explosive, and it may leave your body the same way it came in. Proceed with caution.
