I usually have very good dream recall, but for the past three nights in a row I couldn't remember anything at all. The only difference that I know of is that the weather is 25 degrees warmer than it's been. Does heat affect dream recall?

It should be quite the opposite because usually sleep tends to be disrupted, so it's more probable to wake up during a REM cycle.

if you are uncomfortable than you might not dream much because you don't get into deep sleep you could tell if this is the cace if your rest is not very restful

Actually, usually I find if I'm too hot I'll remember more dreams, they'll be more vivid and much crazier. Mind you, I wake up in the morning feeling REALLY crap. Oh and it only works if it happens occasionally not every night.
