Excuse my english
Hmm, I haven't had many, but the most recent ones I've recalled:
Familiar places being different/distorted (it's my house, but every room is different)
People acting differently around me
Seeing people I don't usually see.
In my last one, one of my old childhood friends was in my house, and told me this was a dream
Also, being able to "resume" dreams that I've waken out of in early morning.

I tend to smoke in my dreams, but not in reality. So I think it would be a ciggarette.
I honestly have no truly recurring theme and if I had to force myself to come up with one it would be driving my car, or being near the lake I frequent every year.
Every night's dream is entirely unique which is amazing as shit!
Achievements:
Recently I started being on the computer EVERY night in my dreams.
So, I have started putting RC reminders everywhere on my computer so I get in the habbit of doing RCs on the computer.
Yesterday I put a thing on my computer that pops up every 2 minutes telling me to RC, and I was RCing all day. I took it down today cause it was lagging a video I was watching, this thread reminded me to put it back on.

Driving a car with two steering wheels.

My dreams are usually at school and if they arn't everyone in my class
i had a dream a week ago that i was in a riot and they were throwing rock could feel them pelting me and they looks so real i could catch some ,it didnt hurt but i willed myself to take the hail of rocks and confront them .
then dream went hay wire and changed i pushed too hard to get to the crowd went haywire ended up driving somewhere weird
oh well felt like sharing
dancing ballet, snow, the ocean, basements, storms, ghosts, hauntings, supermarkets

Finally figured it out! It was in front of my eyes for so long.
My dreamsign is my second brother. I think it stems from our childhood of playing games and doing everything together.
Ghosts... this one is one of my main triggers into a lucid dream. I have a lot of control when it's a ghost-related dream.
Tying into the first one, there is a house that's been appearing in a reoccuring dream for the past year or so. The house is haunted and in the dream, many people are afraid of it because it's quite active. I usually go lucid when this house comes up and I explore it. I don't know this house in real life. I would love to find it! Would be hard because sometimes the location changes. It's usually on farm land though, and it's very old.
Having magical abilities/super powers. It doesn't always trigger an LD... but it should! Depends on the plot.
When something bad happens to someone. I don't like nightmares or the sort, so this always triggers an LD. Sometimes the control is only long enough to change the thing that happened or even dissolve into a new dream.
Its actually kind of embarrassing, I think toilets are one of my dream signs. I only realized recently that I have a lot dreams where I have to the bathroom, and I cant find one but eventually I will find a toilet. It will either be a stall with like 10 toilets in it where everyone goes the bathroom next to each other or once a giant porter potty. One time I was dreaming I was on a class trip and I was in a single bathroom and the door turned from hardwood to glass and my entire class was on the other side. I usually wake up and laugh about it, but in my dreams it is very distressing.
- Not being able to run
- Bathrooms (them being extremely dirty or communial bathrooms where there are no dividers)
- Unable to scream
- Family members/me still living at home (they involve fighting with my younger siblings which was a regular occurance)
- Being late

I don't have a defined dream sign. I do find myself in recurring locations though - school, home, or at the mall, without knowing how I got there in the first place.

Beginner's Guide to LDing
If you're new to lucid dreaming and don't know where to start.
Sporadic Awareness Technique (SAT)
Using awareness in small increments to quickly and easily become lucid.
There's this one girl that whenever she's in my dream I automatically know I'm dreaming. There isn't any moment of realization--I'm usually aware automatically the whole time
a set of twin Crows 1 black and 1 white usually. My memorys or rather deja vu.

my main dream sign, is if i dream that my teeth are falling out. its a recuring dream..so i know it well.
- when the light switch doesn't work (I've had a recurring nightmare, which always began with me lying in bed at night and some kind of evil presence being in my room. I used to reach over to the lamp on my nightstand and it never worked. It became a dream sign, eventually.)
- when I try to make a phone call and can't manage to dial the correct number, because I keep on pressing wrong buttons
All my dreams are unique, so I would just train my self to do constant reality checks. It works for me..![]()
