woo, looks good! i tried posting a comment but no luck.

will there be a way to, i dunno, maybe bring up a thumbs page? also, can you link to the profiles of users who post pictures?


maybe we should try to integrate it more with the site?

OK, I'll work on integrating it more. The comments thing is weird; I did a few test photos, and you could post comments on them fine, but the comments don't work for the "Example Photo" that I put up. I'll see how the other photos do when people start posting. Maybe there's only one bad one.

One problem, I do not know what the Dreamviews "stardards" are, so I don't know how to post a pic

Hmm.. I see why that could be a problem. I just thought it would be good to let people post photos that they took and want to show off, but I didn't relly think there'd be a bunch of "Seeker should have this as his avatar" kind of stuff (no offense Rakkantekimusouka). I'll think about how I should revise that.

I guess nature photos are fine. Here's what I'm thinking: you can only post pictures that apply to you, like photos you took, or artistic shots you modified in Potoshop or whatever. Just no pointless photos that you found while browsing the internet.

Well, you wanted people to post, so I did. I put a picture of me in a tux and me with spiked hair up in there, but I accidentally screwed up one, and I can't delete it. Heh...It's only 2000*1000 some odd pixels. Freakin' digital camera. But I love it anyway...heck, it only costed me a few thousand dollars.

I didn't read this whole thread but here is my idea.... I think there should be a picture forum and everyone can have their own threads, with or without comments from other DV members. That way everyone can post whatever they want and we can find peoples pic easier. Just and idea

OR - the photo album should be in alpha order "DVusername-pic name" so that it would not be a huge mess of pictures.

The pic forum is a great idea in my opinion.
We already have dream journal and art forums so why not picture forum?

Or the photo album should give an own page for every user and be in alphabetical order so that it would be easy to use when there's hundreds of pictures from dozens of people.
