Exo, I don't get what's so funny about that last link you gave.
Guess I'm just too innocent minded to understand.

Omggg!!! Excellent pictures. I cannot believe the size of that first one.. WOW.. like.. seriously. Imagine being stung by THAT.
I think the jellyfish one is a fake. The double pike thingy though, would I ever freak out if that ended up on my fishing line...

Damn...
...shit like that always freaks me out. For someone that's always had a weird thing about being way out in the ocean, I go swimming in it way too much, living in Florida. Lol. Whenever I see shit like this I always get all.
Thanks for giving my subconscious more wacked-out sea creatures to torment me with, Exo.lol

lol @ your last link.
At least they mate well?
The jellyfish one is photoshopped. Well, at least, the diver is photoshopped in. The jellyfish is real, I am just saying you can't accurately judge it's size by the relative size to the diver on the left. It may be a lot smaller (or a lot bigger).
comment:
#1 giant isopod, basically a giant oceangoing rollypolly
#2 mekong delta catfish
#3 some deep sea fish, maybe a lumpfish or angler
#4 frilled shark, a very primitive and rare shark
#5 looks like a normal sea anemone
#6 probably another mekong catfish
#7 definately mekong catfish
#8 ocean sunfish
#9 a photoshop of a real giant jellyfish
#10 a fathead
#11 lizard fish
#12 looks like a lump fish
#13 deep sea angler
#14 fake, supposed to be a eurypterid, obviously a model though, havent existed for nearly 100 million years
#15 looks fake too, the fish are 2 different species but im not really sure which species they are.
oh and rofl at this comment:
i think the guy in picture 6 has his “picture 5″ in the fish
Where...where are his trousers?
I hate sea life. It's put me off swimming in the sea forever.![]()
he does have shorts on don't worry. Also i disagree with the posters comments about the 16 fish, for one number 14 is hardly extinct. Go watch any deep sea dive videos and you'll sea tons of fish like that, here's an example below. Though actually it looks more like an angler fish, it's overhanging light thing has probably either been taken off or is dried up and hanging down it's back and we can't see from the angle.
However i'm pretty sure that jellyfish is fake, otherwise it would be a far mire famous discovery, i'm sure jellyfish do not grow to that size.

Lugggs and cuddles and hugs for all!!
Guys just read the comments at the bottom of the page!!!
The jellyfish one is an obvious fake. No one would be that stupid to swim in the tentacles of a giant jellyfish anyway.![]()
Haha he's wearing a shirt, hat, sandals, and gloves...I'm pretty sure there must be some shorts in there somewhere. I can see a tie hanging off the left side. Perhaps from his shorts being hiked up? I dunno either way it's still really fucking disturbing.
In fact I just threw up a little in my mouth. No joke.
DAMN...i'm not swiming in the ocean anymore. The first one was some fish coming from the time of the dinosaurs. And check out this picture that a friend sended me long time ago. http://www.briinums.com/wp-content/u..._sperm-web.jpg Read the things under the pic

he does have shorts on, their blue. If you look to the left side of his body you'll see his shirt is very dark blue then their is a lighter blue end. I think the fact he is trying to hold the fish up is making his shorts ride up. That or he is indeed some kind of aquatic necro zoophiliac.

there's one animal i've been always afraid of...it's descusting
and when i think that some ppl eat it...eeew!
here's a video with a few new strange cooling deep sea creatures.
http://www.bofunk.com/video/6041/str...creatures.html all of these are real APART FROM the picture of the brown fish with huge teeth on a beach, that is a model.
i also strongly recommend this site, none of these are real but it is a museum in Japan where this man his created many very lifelike models of fantasy creatures. If you didn't know better you'd think they were real dried specimens. It's fantastic i really want to go..
hre is the virtual museum with all the floors.

I can't eat that thing when i know what it looks like when its alive... oh, and i saw on national geographique, that some asians ppl eat it alive while doing some martial arts. They say that it gives them some power or something like that. I almost puked when i saw them twisting the squid around 2 sticks and eating it ALIVE![]()
