I think I'd steal a Ferrari, find a super high cliff and drive right off of it doing about 200mph. If I'm going out, then I want it to be in style.

i'll go with kainaz's last thing, kick the crap out of the art teacher with my sword from home, go out starting mayhem and chaos slashing and swinging my sword, i'd go out stealing bigger and stronger swords, using 'em for stuff like getting my revenge on everyone that offended and embarrased me, try to sneak into area 51, steal a bomber go flying over the city bombing crap. and bomb the white house. i'd go mad with power and lose my mind using things my dad said never to do,(I HAD LOST MY MIND) i'd jump out of the plane, try to steer my parachute over to the top of a building, use a silent gun i would steal and shoot people dead. then about two minutes before i die, i'd jump off the building enjoying my last moments and die during mid flight.

I wouldn't do anything TOO extreme, in case there was a chance that I would live. I'm really not sure what I would do all day though...I never gave it much thought.

I would tell everyone that what ever it is I have is contagious, and go around "infecting" managers from work and people I don't like. And no one will get near me to stop me, or they will get it too...That would be fun

But really, I would probably just spend the time writing what I feel, saying goodbye to those I love, and charishing my last moments in this existance...
