Nie mowie po polsku ale 'Bartek i Walii cie kocha'
![]()
Hey guys,
I have a bit of a problem. I have promised my Polish friend Bart that I would take a picture of myself in Wales holding up a sign that said 'Bartek and Wales loves you!". This picture will go in a scrapbook for his girlfriend.
Are there any polish speakers on DV? If so, could you PLEASE tell me how to write this up correctly?
Thanks, you're a life saver,
Calum

I would double check it though. Polish in some sense is similar to other languages in that region. I'm not sure if it's Walii or Walia though...
Also. Google translate says:
Bartek i Walii cie kocha = Bartek and Wales, you love
Ah, maybe find a native...
Don't worry about it man![]()
I'm sure they won't mind if it isn't perfect, it's the thought that counts![]()
I believe the last word should be kochaja (and the last "a" should have a little squiggly coming out of the bottom of it, but I don't know how to do that).
That makes it plural. "Kocha" is singular.
And I think Wales should be "Walia."
I can speak Polish, but not so good at the writing.
Try this:

I left the squiggles off because I cannot do them on here, but cie also has a squiggle at the bottom of the 'e'
Hey man,
i do speak polish and google's translation really sucks
perfect one would be:
Although i dont think he'll catch what "walia" (wales) is. It sounds more like some girl's nameBartek i Walia kochaja Cie
Edit:
because all girl's names in polish end with "a" xD
