      If another one was attempted at a location within a day's drive of the Denver area--roughly from Vegas to Chicago--there's a good chance I could make it. ...Or do we even want to go down that road again?

      Unfortunately I knew from the start that the Florida meet-up wasn't going to be a possibility for me. I can't get off work at all this particular month and can't justify the cost of a plane ticket on my meager salary in any case.
