i hear cigarettes cause cancer too... yet i smoke... hmmm. plus i don't eat bad foods... bad foods include pre-made ones. i have to watch after my health you know!

OK... let's just say there's a dye in them that uses the same one as they use in shoe polish and something else I can't remember (petrol?)

So what. Soil is the same stuff that cows poop all over but we still eat carrots from it. Besides, you just made that bit up. Sounds more like Sky news regurgiating incorrect crap in order to keep the ratings up. Genetically engineered food, whoopsie doo. And here's the list of the evil posions that will kill you if you take so much as a bite! (And I've ate some of those off of there).

Oxygen can give you cancer. Free Radocals are atoms that have an uneven number of electrons, usually formed when oxygen reacts with some molecules. These free radicals are highly reactive, and can travel around the body doing damage to cells. If damaged is caused to a strand of DNA it can cause mutation, or cancer.

Just about everything can give you cancer, but yes having products which contain substances that may increase the risk is never a good thing. You would have to eat a lot of instant food though, and if you did this the damage to your body through a bad diet would probably be higher.
