      getting what you want

      I think that in many ways if you learn a lesson you will be rewarded somehow. An example is 3 months ago i got a DWI and im only 18. i was going to have to go to a 5 week class, get a drug test and pay a shit load of money. Not driving has really really sucked and had a big impact on my social life because i dont really live close to my friends. The day before my court date i called up the place where i am going to take my class and told them that the people had messed up my paper work and that i told them that about 2 months ago but they didnt do anything about it, they looked all my papers over and noticed errors the state made. They changed my classes to a 2 day class instead of 5 weeks, no drug test, and when i had my court date they completely took the DWI off my record and made it a speeding ticket. Also i will not be on probation which is amazing. Maybe God realized i learned my lesson and desided to give me a break?

      Btw i did learn my lesson, i will never drink and drive again, maybe not even drink as much, because once i have my car i will be out like everynite and want to drink but i wont....

      Thats luck for sure, man! Awsome. I think that drinking heavily and driving is bad because your actions endanger others more than neccessary. I don't think swearing off drinking entirely is the right measure, just dont drink and drive!!! But its your choice in the end...

      yea haha im def not stopoing drinking....but if i have my car out i will just smoke some weed or something rather than having to worry bout driving. And if i want to drive i will have a sober person drive. Thats one of the best things about one of my best buds...he doesnt drink at all but still likes to party

      yeah, give the guy a break. People drink and drive all the time, just most of them don't get caught. I'll ride my bike to a party and see half the people drive off drunk and it really sickens me, but I'm not about to pass judgement.

      Congrats on getting off scot-free, man. I know that feeling, and it's the best feeling in the world 8) Just don't go back on that promise!
