Post a big fail picture on it...and see his reaction.
Okay, I watched cloverfield earlier today, and I recall a thread like this about zombies...
What would you do if a giant monster started attacking your city?
Be it alien, monkey, lizard, or octopus, what would be the first thing you'd do?
Bollocks.

Make a hole under ground in my house. And hide there.
Find a camera, give it to the most stupid and annoying person I know, so people can watch it later and be annoyed at his crappy personality and camera abilities.![]()

Drive to some other place far away.

It really depends on what kind of monster.
FSM, for sure.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
If we are talking Cloverfield/Godzilla size, I would keep a safe distance, it's probably better to know where said monster is than to have it surprise you. Granted if some sort of bombing went on that would be unpleasent for me...
I would totally go film it. Awesomeness. I mean, how often does that kind of thing happen in a lifetime?!
I'd realize, go make a cuppa tea and wait for the few minutes it takes for the RAF to bomb the shit out of it. I mean even if a creature was 10 times the size of the largest dinosaur, a missile from a fighter jet at it;s head would kill it instantly. Even if it did have some incredibly thick body armor, a bomber would again kick it's ass. The only thing I'd fear is that the USA would Nuke it, later calling it an Iranian terrorist attack on the peaceful Western world, causing the city it was attacking to be wiped out and fall out to spread everywhere.
