Thread: great commercial

I saw this awhile ago. I didn't like it at all.

I'm a fan.

A few of the "occurrences" could have been a little better, but most of them were great.

Hehe I thought it was gonna be a "drugs are bad" commercial

I once saw this commercial that went something like this:

[happy soft melody plays]
[close-up on a cow]
This is a cow. It has four stomachs, and in some cultures, is considered sacred
[close-up on a pig]
This is a pig. It is smarter and cleaner than most other farm animals.
[close-up on a lamb]
This... is a lamb. Its wool provides warm clothing for children all over the world
[music cuts off with that "whoosh" sound of removing it from the turntable]
[close-up of a BBQ]
Here's an idea... let's eat'em!

I just think it's brilliant because often times we talk of "strange" feelings. We tell others, "I dunno, it just felt strange."

I think this is the best illustration of that concept I've seen yet. Or maybe it's just how my mind works. But this is the kinda shit I feel pretty much all the time...especially when I'm very dissociative. Except then it can be even worse.

I guess some people are too...uh...normal...to appreciate it.

That commercial trips me out so bad.

I remember seeing this awhile ago. I think I liked the abridged version better since it only kept the best ones in it.

Love the feeling it creates though; that massive brain-reel you get when your status quo gets messed up.

I like the events and how the commercial was shot -it/s random rythemic nature effect.
