No. But I do like the 'love each other' part of valentine, I just find the whole commercial stuff around it silly. And actually, roses are overrated too..

Happy Valentines, all you lovers! My DH Chris and I had pizza, beer, and shovelled out the car from several inches of snow. Chris got me a Real Rose (24 carat gold plated), chocolates, zinc lozenges (for my cold) and a teddy bear. Of course, my evil kitty Lusa thinks that love bites lol

Besides the always welcome opportunity to let all those significant others in my life know they are appreciated, this is also the day we chose as our dog's birthday. (We don't know her birthday, because she is a rescued dog, but this is pretty close. She's approaching middle age at 5 years.)

Terrible. My bf lives a billion miles away from me. I was sobbing this morning at 3:00 am while talking with him on the phone. And I am not feeling too well either. But, I hope the rest of you are having a much better day!
