Hmmm. Good question.
(BTW, I'm too new to remember you, but hey, whatever. I'll still answer the thread because it's a good question)
In the past year I've changed a lot. I've:There's lots more. But yeah. A year can change people, a lot. I think I'm still the same person I was a year agom, though, despite everything. This isn't totally good, either. There's a lot of things about myself that I need to change, and am going to try to.
- Decided to drop law and am dead-set on taking history to a postgraduate level, possibly even PhD
- Finally decided what I want to do with my life - be an historian!
- Gone from relatively sexually inexperienced, to weird and kinda crushed because of a friends-with-benefits relationship gone horribly wrong
- I've cut of my sideburns, trimmed my beard, and grown my hair LONG. I look completely different to what I did two years ago, and fairly different to what I looked like at the start of this year.
- I've lost wieght, gained weight, and am now losing it again.
- I've gone from a stay-at-home university student, to flatting and paying my own bills and cooking for myself and cleaning etc etc. But, I'm going back home at the end of this semester.
- Have started to realise my parents are getting old.
- Have become more comfrotable with my parents' divorce and am now on decent terms with dad again, and even his new girlfriend.
- Turned twenty-one. (Last weekend)
- Gone from not drinking alcohol to a borderline alcoholic. It's okay, I've got it under check though.
- Have figured out that I'm actually a GOOD COOK, which is kind of amazing.
- Started LDing, and remembering my dreams.
- Read Leo tolstoy's War and Peace, a startlingly life-changing novel.
- Stopped going to the gym. I'm still very strong though, and am not too overweight.
- Have seen my extended family take a turn for the worse, and a turn for the better - I'm close to my cousins, and some of them have done good shit, some of them bad.
- Have developed a crush on somebody old enough to be my mother.
