Wasup died a week ago, dude.

YOU MEAN YOU DIDN'T GO TO HIS FUNERAL?!

I saw him begging for money in the French Quarter a few weeks ago. He said he is living in a dumpster on Bourbon Street.

Have you tried his AIM, Ninja? Should be in his profile, I think.

I absolutley love the fact that an admin just flat out bans someone, and then you guys ask him for favors.

That seems, a bit like a slap in the face.

Why did he get banned in the first place? I wasn't here for that.

Plus, I doubt he'll help after being banned. I saw him over at MM a while ago but I don't think he's still there though.

Seriously. Was the staff's collective brain banned too? You guys have a lot of nerve

The staff had nothing to do with wasup's ban. We tried to get his ban lifted, I was hoping that helping with a tutorial would help convince asher to do so. Not to mention he was the most qualified to do certain tutorials.

So asher uberly failed.

Whether the staff had anything to do with his ban or not, if I were him I wouldn't help either.

He didn't post it. He's the one who laughed at it or said something like "LOL."

Well in that case, he shouldn't help. I doubt after something like that he'd even want to come back.

This issue continues? I have a different perspective on this. Asher was getting verbally attacked mob style by lots of members because he (Oh my God!) put tiny text advertisements up on his FREE site that we all love so much and then gave people a way to not have to look at them. Asher got fed up with it all, as every single one of us would too, and gave the warning that the next person who acts like "an asshat" to him was going to get banned. Wasup very non-innocently posted a photo and added his own words that majorly mocked Asher for saying what he said. So, as warned, Wasup got banned. He knew exactly what he was doing. Then The Tao left a post where he praised Wasup's mockery, so he of course got banned too. It is not like Wasup just came out of the blue and left a post that was a little insulting to Asher. There was an internet riot happening on Asher's property, and he did exactly what I would have done and what I am willing to bet most of the people who post here would have done if they had been in Asher's position.

Wasup was usually a good guy, but there was another side to him. He had a tendency to be a reall asshole at strange times. To get sort of a glimpse of what I am talking about, look at how he reacted to me in this thread when he used the name Altaraxis...

That is tame compared to other behavior I saw from him. He just got personally insulting toward me there when it was unwarranted, but there were other times he just really went overboard. He needed to control himself better. When you do that to the owner of a house after twenty other people just did it and the owner warns that the next person who does it will get kicked out of the house, the next person who does it is an asshole who sigened up to get kicked out of the house. Wasup did the equivalent of signing a piece of paper saying, "I want to get banned." He is not a victim.

The ongoing thread with the most arguing about this subject is right here. It got locked yesterday.

No, wasup did post it. I'm certain. TheTao was the one who got banned for laughing at it.

He still shouldn't have been banned though. Especially not without the staff even getting a look-in.

I'm pretty sure the pic was posted by a random guest in the meta forum, whether that was wasup, I don't know.

The picture was posted by wasup. That is that.
