Thread: How can i improve my handwriting?

Well, if you're looking to make it more legible, then as simple as it may sound just practice writing the alphabet. Take your time, even when doing assignments or anything involving writing.

If you're looking for a different style of handwriting, I'm sure there are places on the net that can teach you different styles of calligraphy. Or you can just play around and make something up. It just depends on your style.

writing the alphabet? i remember doing that in elementary school

well, my writing is legible, when i want it to be, but that just means i also write slower. When writing my dreams, it's easy for me to loose track on things, so i try to get as much as i can on paper. One morning i wrote over 5 pages (and was 20 minutes late for work). I want to be able to write neat AND fast. I guess i'll start using all my meetings as an opportunity to write better.

But, yes, i would like to change my handwriting style. So, i am guessing i need to turn to calligraphy for that. Thanks a lot for the links you posted, i have not seen those in my search.

Well, I don't know a whole lot about the subject, but you could also look into "shorthand" writing, where most of the words you write are in a short-form or are represented by a symbol. It would take some practice and again, I don't know much about it, but that could be another thing to look into.
