Thread: I had a dream with a Dream Views member in it.

yeah, a couple times (all non-lucids)..one involved bradybaker somehow (all i can remember is we were arguing about something even in my dreams ).

and last week i dreamt that i saw opheliablue and courtney in a mall, and they were trying to play gary jules' "mad world" on a keyboard, but couldn't figure out one of the chords. so i confidently offered to help, but all i could do is tap some wrong notes, wondering why the hell i couldn't remember the song...then i shuffled off embarrassed, hehe.

i have also remembered a couple suggestions made by leovolont whiile in lucid dreams...

Yeah, I had a dream about a week ago with bradybaker and my adoptive child in it. It's not a big deal, djk99. You've just had DV on the brain.

Yeah I guess its not that weird. Just right when I woke I had that strange feeling where you feel really in touch with what you have just dreamt. Also thinking back on it I kinda know why I had the dream, something that this DV member posted has been on my mind.

The reason I didn't mention a name is I don't like to throw out somebody's name I haven't developed a rapport with, but if you want to know who it is I will name names

Awhile ago, I had a dream about Leo Volont - turned out he was some punk kid and I was pointing and laughing!

Aquanina once entered into one of my dreams long enough to offer up some advice.

It had been in a dream in which this one very important lady, probably a Virgin Mary Goddess Archetype, was discussing aircraft. I offerred her the use of my several airplanes, but I was quickly embarrassed to find that she had practically her own Air Force, and she quite turned around my proposition and offered me the use of some of her jets, even scheduling a flight. While in preparations for that flight I became lost and was just getting back in the vicinity of the Air Field when Aquanina appeared and told me to disregard the fact that in most cases being lost in a dream indicates some absolute futility where it is best to simply cut one's losses and move on. She wanted me to continue through a few more doors and get straight back to the Air Terminal.

I would have taken her advice, too, except something of an emergency arose. it seems that in the Dream Scene room, there had been large plastic containers of water hung up on the walls, and at least one of them was punctured by its mounting brackets, and so I had gone to work to remount a new water bottle.

Hmmmm. Now that I think about it, there may be some connection between a Water Container and a person named 'Aquaninia... don't you think?" This dream was a while back, and so I am fairly sure that whatever was her problem must have been mended by now.

That's kind of a neat dream, Leo.

I don't remember who it was, but I had a dream about a DV member a while back. I think I just remembered his name from being on this site before I went to bed and when I saw him in my dream he was wearing a name tag with his DV name on it. I posted about it before but I'm too lazy to look for it.

I don't think so. I don't remember tearing your clothes off and having my way with you. No......definitely wasn't you.

I always dream of OpheliaBlue, to many dreams to mention here Thats pretty much the only person though.

A few days ago I had a dream where all the DV members were at some meeting/party. There must have been around 60-70 members in the room, all symbolised by their avatars. Everyone had floating wine glasses following them around.

I thought it was a bit sad that a website could influence me so much that I would dream about it. At least I’m not alone

Perhaps if DV gets big enough there might be some kind of DV convention- one day


The dream was pretty fun. I spend quite a long time in that dream, a lot longer than I usually remember. It was kind of a chillout mood, and everyone was in a small green room, so it was a bit crowded.

I've had lucids and possibly a shared dream with Howetzer. I've had many dreams with Rtex. Ame was also in one of my dreams. I know there have been others just can't remember right now.

LOL I've had dreams about BradyBaker too! And it was before I ever saw what he looked like, and we never really conversed either.

He had written a best selling novel, and was holding a book signing. I remember there was this life sized cardboard cutout of brady just standing and waving sorta. All I remember from the dream is stealing the cutout lol.

Of course I've had dreams about other members who I know really well and am close to, but brady is the only one I can remember dreaming about that I don't know that well.

Lol. The dream that I had with him in it was when I dreampt about going to canada (which I am actually supposed to do this summer) and I saw him on the street. I talked to him for a few and left. It was odd...Lol. I thought it was funny when I woke up.

Well, and did the Party remain peaceful and well tempered? Often there are turbulent undercurrents at such affairs.

A few months ago I had a dream that I was at a Party for some large ecumenical spiritual convention -- everybody was there... well anybody who was anybody. First, I felt some tension because the door has to be barred to prevent demonic attack, and it was clear that had the demons breached the doors, then many of us would be killed before we could resecure our perimeter. Then there were the inevitable internal tensions -- the politics of different viewpoints and perspective. For instance, I had won First Prize for the "Best Cake", and although I was congratulated by nearly everybody, this one very talented young man quite despised me for it and made it no secret, telling me that while he had done all of his own baking and with his own personal recipes, I had brought in various Saints, Teachers, Gurus and Angels to lend a hand... even asking some of the Judges to help in the kitchen. Well, this was a party and I did have some respect for the talented Young Man and so I did not adopt my usual gruff and offended tone of self-righteousness, but smiled and pointed out that the contest was explicitly for "Best Cake" and not for 'best baker', and since it was not for me to judge what the best cake would be, it simply made sense to ask the Judges what they were looking for. 'Besides', I explained, 'I suspect that there might have been a Spiritual Intent embedded within the contest, and so I did what I could to become Collective Minded and to suspend my personal ego while reaching out beyond myself, but your strategy was the same that any ambitious demon would have employed to advance his conquests'. Although I said all that with a smile, my speech was met by renewed contempt and the young man stormed off much to my regret, as his abilities obviously deserved some respect. But it was not TOO important and so I shrugged my shoulders and got back to the Party. This was when a Guru who had been somewhat famous in the 70's, Neem Karali Baba, whom Richard Alpert (Ram Dass) had written a book about, came walking up to me and told me "This will benefit you", and poured some gold dust into my hand, and then quickly turned and walked away. Gold dust, I wondered. And not so much gold dust that I could choke on it, and so I just licked it up and swallowed it.

I've had quite a few dream about Dream Views members and a fair few about this place in general. Most memorably the one I had when I first joined about Seeker declaring this place wasn't about lucid dreaming, it was in fact about pineapples. (oh and Kaniaz posting YAY BACON)
