I don't know if any of you see it as much of a problem as I do, but it's been getting pretty bad lately.

Just thought I'd voice my concern

If making a topic about having too many topics isn't the stupidest thing I've seen in a long time I don't know what is...

I wonder if this topic fits in with those. I think that people run our of things to say, so the topics are getting kind of lame.

First, I'll start out by saying that YOU are the stupidest thing I've seen in a long time. I'll back myself up by saying that this ISN'T a topic about having too many topics. Perhaps you should sit down, read his post, and think about it really hard before answering again.

I'm glad MSG pointed this out, as I too miss the good conversation that used to take place here. There are very few topics that hold my interest anymore.

Yeah it's definately the Avatar. I thought MSG was female myself but after watching his post and replies to him then It became more obvious. But the Avatar definately throws people off and If I'm not mistaken, MSG doesn't have a gender selected.

The reason I made this thread was to point out that recent topics in The Lounge mainly consisted of what Burns said... viral "Hey, check this out" links. One could consider whether this topic serves any more purpose than the other mentioned threads, but then the question remains of why one more little thread like them makes any difference at all.

Oh, haha, no.

It's my little mini-contribution to the forum as I don't have to load them every time, and it makes the place look a lot cleaner, because most of the time, the signatures are longer than the posts themselves. The breaking point that made me do it was when Howetzer had that big monstrocity of a picture (the boat painting) as his signature. Most signatures suck anyway, so I don't think I'm missing much.
