Okay, I'm a big ol' introvert. Captain shy-guy, right here...
I get a 4.0 GPA in school, but I think most people already know that.
I'm still in high school, but I've earned enough college credits to technically be called a college sophomore.
I don't really have a lot of friends.
I'm addicted to dream views
I'm doing a project for NaNoWriMo
Uh, yeah...and my teachers all love me.

I'd mention some things, occupational choices that my good friends know, but I want to maintain this secrecy.

You're an introvert, and I'm an extrovert (sorta..., I consider myself kinda, yes in the talking parts, no in other ways). I don't have lots of friends either, but when someone talks to me I'm not shy, and I will talk to random people sometimes that I know... that part of me is kinda hard to say. So that's your story...I saw on your profile that you're 17 and a college softmore, and I'm like, what? Now that makes sense, I thought you were REALLY smart, but that makes more sense, you should change that, I bet that it would throw people off.

Very Impressive guys! I was in the scouts up until i was around 15. Wish I had stayed on and got my Eagle Scout as well.

I am a Christian, I love being in church. I have an extremely large chruch family that would do anything for me as I would for them
My wife and I have a number of extremely close friends that we enjoy spending time with
My favorite place to be (besides church) is on my boat, on the lake at around 5:30-5:45 AM when the sun begins to rise and catching bass!
I do a lot of bass fishing and usually fish in 30 to 40 tournaments per year

I am a wilderness survival geek; I know all kinds of random crap about surviving alone in the woods (or on a boat, a desert island, in the desert, in the mountains in the dead of winter) with nothing but a knife.

I also like knives. I design them, I carry two or three every day, and I plan to become a bladesmith at some point in the future.

I am a freelance web designer, web developer and photographer, and will be starting my own business soon. I'm also a huge Calvin and Hobbes fan, so I'm liking Armistice. You go, man!

When I'm not designing websites, I work with an outfitting company. So I like to canoe, kayak, and hike. I also have a Golden Lab, Daisy, that I love and try to spend a lot of time with.

I read avidly—some might say furiously. When I was a kid, I'd go through 40-60 books in two weeks. I had read every book I cared to from the local library by the time I was thirteen. Luckily, they get new books in. I still read a good deal, but I've slowed considerably. I can still make 80 pages an hour, and read a few books a week now. Not enough time anymore.

I'm growing my hair out. It's about eight inches long right now, and still growing. Haven't cut it in almost a year except to even it up.

I do have a Southern accent, but I don't talk much unless I'm feeling good. Then I'm bound to be silly and say random things that don't make much sense, recite haiku I make up on the spot, or spontaneously drift into any of a dozen impressions of actors and accents.

I'm also a pretty damn good shot with a rifle, but it's balanced by my sheer inability to hit much of anything with a handgun.

I scamper, and occasionally cavort.

I spent the good part of the last 3/4 years smoking pot daily, and although it did my personalty some good, it made me extremmely lazy and unproductive, it also neagitvely affected my relationship with my parents, now i smoke pot probably once a week and my heads a lot clearer.

I am highly intelligent, yet I despise the school system because it requires a tremendous amount of effort to excel and I believe it stamps out creativity.

My main motivation in life is to surpass and beat those that excel in the school system.

My only real skills are thinking and scheming.

My project for NaNoWriMo is gaining momentum...that alone should tell you that I'm a nerd.

You guys make me feel like a boring person...sigh

I'm 20 years old (which will change in six days).

I work in accounting for a strawberry/bell pepper growing company. Boring, but wouldn't be so bad if not for a certain...boss of mine.

I'm an avid gamer, but I tend mostly to play older video games. Call me an oldfag, but newfags piss the shit out of me on levels many of you could not even begin to comprehend. It's like all the gaming companies I grew up with are just giving a flaming, fuck-you middle finger to all the old school gamers with their recent games. (Well, except for Nintendo. They're still cool.)

I enjoy learning languages, especially Germanic ones. At the moment, I have rudimentary knowledge of German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and Japanese. If I ever find some reliable resources, I'll probably take up Old English.

I play bass guitar, and am on a neverending quest to dispell the stereotype that it is an "easy" instrument to play...or more infuriatingly, a "chick instrument" *facepalm*.

Musically, I'm into hard rock and just about all types of metal, but thrash metal in particular. There's a lot of other genres of music I listen to (classical, Russian folk music, etc.), but I won't touch most rap, country, or any emo with a ten foot pole. I believe that lyrics are bunk, and that melody and harmony are far more important to music than the usually shallow meaning of lyrics.

Aside from music, video games and languages, my other major hobbies are drawing, animating, writing, making storyboards for video game scenarios (which will never become reality unless I can find a willing programmer), going camping, and probably a couple other miscellaneous things.

I'm great with a shotgun, as shooting 10/10 clay pidgeons is apparently considered good.

I despise people who complain excessively about their life problems, and admire those who take it on the chin and move on.

I am heavy into dark humor, which makes me come off as insensitive. But you can lick me if you don't like that.

My life ambition shifted from becoming a Spanish teacher to becoming a German teacher...to becoming a rockstar. Funny how life works.

I'm beginning to collect hats and swords from foreign lands (so far I've got a Russian ushanka, a rice hat, and three [cheap-ass] katanas), and will probably collect other things of cultural significance.

Unlike most youth, I put family before friends. Even when I'm unbelievably pissed at a family member (or all of them), I won't desert them in favor of my friends. Blood is thicker than water; so it is, so has it always been, and so shall it always be.

If I think of anything else, I'll let you know. Maybe.

I pride myself on my ability to see from nearly any perspective. It's hard for me to argue, sometimes.

I have 4 siblings, all but one of which are adopted. I'm the oldest child, and 16 years old at the moment.

I can put my leg over my head, pull off a full-lotus for hours, and took yoga for about a year.

17 years old, Junior in high school, 4.0 gpa (although that might change when college credit is factored in.) I play tuba and trombone, but my intrinsic aversion to self expression renders me unable to enjoy playing. I'd much rather listen and analyze others' music. Guess who my favorite band is.

I am a farm kid. As such, I can weld and form metal better than the seniors at the local tech school. I know stick and mig, I can sweat solder, and when given the opportunity to play with a tig outfit, I found it quite easy. Learning with dirty metal teaches a person a lot. Those shop kids are spoiled. I can work with wood; half of the furniture in my house was built by either me or my brother. But damned if I can't work with anything small and detailed. My fine manual dexterity is terrible; nobody can read my handwriting.

I love forestry. I planted about 75 trees last year in one of our adjacent fields last spring. Nothing relaxes me more than walking through a wooded area. I have looked into the science enough to figure out the soil type and successionary stage of a forest by observing the tree species. Despite this, I love chemistry and physics, and have hopes of being an engineer.

I am very strongly introverted. I have to force myself to talk to people and find small talk pointless. As such, I always think before I speak.

I hate attention. When I get attention, I don't know what to do with it. Same with praise and flattery. Telling me that I've done well or look handsome is wasted air.

All of my English teachers have loved me for my writing style and dry sense of humor. Despite this, I cannot write fiction. All of my writings are informative, analytical, or persuasive in nature.

I enjoy finding purpose in people's actions, almost as if I were a scientist observing something. I wish that I had taken psychology this year, but couldn't fit it in.

I know a reasonable amount of Spanish, but I wouldn't consider myself fluent by any means. My Spanish class is traveling to Spain during spring break.

As far as religion is concerned, I am of the belief that the existence of god(s) cannot be proven nor disproven, but for all intensive purposes do not affect daily life, and that God cannot be used to support any argument. I do not follow any established religion and believe that organized religion itself is politics in disguise and is the root cause of most of humanity's hatred and other problems.

The vast majority of the time, I take a libertarian view to most issues. Humans have the freedom to do as they want so long as it does not infringe upon the rights or others. You could go ahead and kill yourself and I wouldn't care unless you left a big mess or killed somebody else in the process.

On the subject of drugs, I've only used pot once, although my parents highly disapprove of it. I am very pro-legalization. There have been too many lies propagated by the government to enforce what is basically discrimination in the name of corrupt business. I run a still (that I built from scratch), although I don't drink much. I don't like being wasted. Ironically enough, my parents allow me to make my own alcohol, the most destructive substance we know of, but think that pot the worst thing on the planet and has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. They refuse to hear, much less believe otherwise.

I am pretty much a natural (according to others) at playing the piano. well, free playing. I feel liberated when I free play.

I am very into anatomy. I used to read alot of books as a child pertaining to that topic.

I am sort of artistic... I love to draw and such, although i'm not very good.

I am very anti-social. I don't like hanging out in big groups very much, at least not for elongated times. I mostly like to be alone.

Wow, what kind of music are you listening to?

Lyrics are such an integral part of music that go hand in hand with melody and harmony. Of course there are flat lyrics that mean nothing (mainstream, mainstream, mainstream) but there's so many good songs out there that would hardly offer as much connection if there were no lyrics. You can't interpret a bassline or a guitar riff. To say one is more important than the other is more shallow than the lyrics of whatever music you're listening to.
