not that it is a new idea, but its pretty cool. if i remember right, there already exist some devices that allow you to see through clothes i dont think you get very detailed pictures, but still...

Ok, the US government already has a super radar device that can see through walls and give them a detailed black and white picture of the inside of your house, and yes you could block it with enough metal and such.

I'll also have you (Prometheus) know that I am not ignorant of physics(though I would not go as far as to say that I am an expert or anything). If you read the comments said and certain things in the article, you would know that even such a radar device is archaic in comparison to an idea such as this. You also have to read what you've posted too. Black and White pictures? With this technology (seeing if it were perfected to a reasonable degree), you could be able to see things like blood vessels and muscles, which cannot be seen by radar, in full color and clear detail.

Now, even though you may feel superior to everyone here, I would like inform you that reading an article on military technology does not make you the physics expert, or rule out any ideas and comments of anyone else.

As a side note, as I've already said, there is no real proof that such technology as in the article is real, exists, or is possible, and this is simply a discussion of the aforementioned ideas.

They actually do have x-ray devices that can see through clothing. They are currently being tested for use in airports, but there is a lot of controversy surrounding the issue because of privacy and such. So seeing through walls isn't too big of a stretch, but I doubt that the yahoo in that article has invented anything.

Yeah, I was thinking about that while reading it and laughing a bit. You usually send these things to science journals, and have certified people test your ideas out for you, before they're published. In fact, there were these guys that actually went straight to the papers with their idea about cold fusion, but it was found out to be false. The journals prevent you from making a fool of yourself, and you will usually get advice and such as well.
