Cool stuff. Too bad they don't accept Canadian citizens.... Bah, maybe eventually....
Jact.com
Oh my god, I do love this program.
For any PC gamers (MMO's, FPS's, the like) check this out.
It basically gives you points for every minute you play certain PC games, and you can redeem the points for merch and electronics.
I played some Psychonauts the other day, and got about 100 points. I haven't even started WoW yet....

Whoa... that's awesome. I probably don't play enough for them to invite me, though.
I'm still trying to figure out how they pay for this. If it doesn't add ads to your gaming experience...
Edit: Or not... they accepted me.
If this actually works, nice find, AmazeO!![]()

They accepted me anyway, without someone else inviting me. I just had to fill out their little form.
Have you actually received anything from this?
Yeah this is kind of sketchy. I see no possible way they can be earning money from this. But I haven't looked into it too much yet.
I haven't recieved anything because I just started using it the other day.
When I use it for MMO's, I turn on the program (that counts your minutes) after siging in, so they can't nab my password and stuff with a keylogger. Anyways, I checked for viruses and spyware after installing, and nothing was found connected to that.
It's pretty legit.

I imagine it probably works on selling consumer info and the like to companies (can't imagine how else it'd work).
Can't hurt to try anyway. *downloads*

What's stopping you from leaving your game on overnight, etc.?

I would assume activity checkers, to make sure you're not idle by checking mouse movements or keypresses. I'm going to experiment with this on the weekend, although I would assume that an idle-check could be defeated by a simple program designed to press keys.![]()
Wavefunction - Indeed. Download autoit and program a script to hit a bunch of random ass buttons for like a week straight.

250,000 points for a 9800GTX. 4,166 hours, or 11 hours per day for a year. I'll start clicking!![]()
Yeah, you can bot it.
www.cheatingnetwork.net
It's a great forum site for bots and stuff (they bot a bunch of those prize sites), and it's where I found Jact.
You can't make it silent though, because once you minimize the program, it goes inactive.

I do, however, have two extra laptops, which I can almost always use to play games.
Seriously, thanks to Jact, I'm totally into PC Gaming.

I know Runescape is pretty gay but its extremely easy to auto in that game. I did it when I was 13. srl-forums.com your set. They came out with a new script runner called smart. You can minimize it.

It's been around for quite some time. Besides, how could they scam you? You can get points for playing games that never go online.
You can rack up points with games that have no username, password, or anything to steal. They use consumer information and sell it to advertisers in order for the advertisers to better sell their product based on what is popular. Besides that basic concept, there is a forum that is actually quite responsive, and the staff is constantly updating the supported games list when fans ask for certain games, etc etc.
The only thing you could possibly do with this is steal someone's MMO account, but I doubt that because I scanned the program for viruses, spyware, and the like, with no results. You can also play completely offline games such as Max Payne II, Psychonauts, THE SIMS..... to top it off, you could actually, if you were THAT concerned, sign into your game of choice online, wait untill you've inserted your information and successfully signed in, and then turn the program off. So even IF there is a keylogger tied to that program, they wouldn't get anything off of it.
I mean, not to be a douchebag about it, but it's overwhelming evidence that it really isn't a scam. Everyone is so paranoid about things like this, that they don't understand a simple marketing strategy used by advertisers. Go to the ABOUT US section of the website, they explain it quite fine.
I've also used this for at least 2 weeks and haven't gotten anything stolen.

I love that place, though I haven't had much luck with them much lately, when using smart sometimes it whites out and doesn't come back, and theirs just a bunch of crappy scripts nowadays, there used to be loads of scripts that could work hours on end. now theres like 5 or so that do anything useful, and they have their problems, that woodcutter I had just walks a short distance and the random event monsters follow him and kill him.
Or are you a member there, I would be glad to have members scripts, I wouldn't let anyone knowI don't post there anyway.
I actually considered learning SCAR but I have no idea how long it would take.
