Juan Hermosillo - Pizza Tosser Extraordinaire

You guys seen this Visa commercial? This guy is amazing. The last trick he does is just plain unreal. I want to hire this guy to be my personal chef just so I can watch him flip pizzas all day.

My one of my favorite jobs was working a forno oven like the one in the first commercial. It makes the pizza taste so much better. I never learned how to do any tossing techniques because we had an automatic roller, but sometimes I would have fun and toss the dough up pretending like I was some sort of pro lol.

      Yeah, that's a cool commercial.

I used to toss dough when I worked for Papa John's, although I never got very good at it. I at least got to the stage where I wouldn't consistently stick my arm through the center .

It's actually considered bad form to literally spin the dough in the air, as it tends to cause the dough in the center of the pizza to thin out too much.
