Ha!Nice reminder. It is quite important. My Brita filter inspires me to drink more water just because I paid $30 for the thing. And I guess it tastes better, but who knows, that might be psychological.

drink water.
half of your body weight (lbs) in ounces, I believe.
if you don't drink water every day, your health can greatly improve with this simple change.
I don't think people are drinking enough...or they fizzle out, and get out of the habit of it. so I thought I would post a reminder here.
that's all :)
Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.

So I should stop living off of soda and tea? Pshhh.
I'm j/k. I drink a ton of water too. I love water
I also agree with you. And stop eating crappy food...
Funny you should mention this, paperdoll. I just bought a new pack of those little flavor packets you add to water bottles, and I've been slurping them down like they're going out of style! (really reflects on the number of bathroom breaks you take in a day too) But all the better for keeping your body flushed out and well-hydrated.![]()
With computers being such a part of our daily lives, I make alot of water cooler trips as a break during the day- too many people do not get enough time away from their desks. Nice to get the blood flowing
*gets up to drink water*
Thanks great reminder.
